I'm continuing to sketch faces of world leaders using pictures in The Economist as references. This is my latest: Mario Monti, current Prime Minister of Italy. I was pretty happy with this one, so I gave him his own submission. This took about 45 minutes with ballpoint pen...no pencil work.

I like the subtle cross-hatching around his mouth, cheeks, and nose. He seems pretty chipper.
